Registration
fees: $75 per participant ($35 for Tiny Mite
age 5 & 6) plus all participants are required
to sell 10 Raffle Calendars at $10 each. Checks payable to OPW or register online and pay by credit card. (see below)
• Family max
- pay for 2 registrations per family (including raffles) and additional registrations are free (oldest to youngest)
•
Registration fees are due at registration.
• Raffle tickets will be given to you at registration or mailed
to you and all raffle monies must be paid by Equipment Handout
(July) in order to receive equipment.
Online Registration: You may register online and pay by credit card by following the link below. You will have the option of paying for both registration and raffle tickets by credit card or registration only.

Refund Policy:
Refunds for registration must be requested in writing prior
to August 1 (start of all squads week). If request is received
prior to August 1, the individual will receive 100% of the
registration fee. After August 1 but prior to the start
of the first game the refund will be 50% of the registration
fee. After the first game there will be no refund available.
There is no refund of raffle monies.
